In light of this, the following stipulations have been sat-
isfied:
1. Stipulation Number 3,
2. Stipulation Number 9,
3. Stipulation Number 16,
9. Stipulation Number 17,
5. Stipulation Number I8,
6. Stipulation Number 20, and
7, Stipulation Number 21.
Also, during a conversation with Tommy Raye, it was requested that the time
period foi submission of information concerning stipulations number 4, I2,
22(a) and 22 (b) be extended. The reason for this request being that the
design of the railroad loop and conveyor system has not been finalized.
With this in mind, the time Limit for satisfaction of these stipulations has
been extended to 180 days from the date of permit issuance, or at least 45
days before construction begins.
