CO 80203-2273 <br />RE: Canadian Strip Mine (Permit C-81-026) Bond Release Activities <br />Dear Ms. Mowry, <br />~`~~~~~ <br />MiINED L.A'~~ <br />r~uc i z tsar <br />Wyoming Fuel Company would like to advise the CMLRD as to the onsite activities scheduled for the <br />above referenced mine. As you know, all mining activities have ceased and the property was completely <br />backfilled, graded, and seeded in 1987. Phase I bond release was approved at that time.
