Long
Division Director
Re: Oakridge Energy Inc., Reclamation Status, Permit No. C-92-080
Dear Mr. Boren:
The Division requests an update on the status of the reclamation. Reclamation was to have commenced in the
fall of 2001 but The Division did extend the startup date for late winter 2001 as you will recall. Since work
on the proposed Ewing Mesa Project has not progressed, it is imperative that reclamation be completed in
accordance with the currently approved permit.
If you have any questions or are in need of any additional information, please write or call me at (303) 866-
3567.
Sincerely,
~~~ `\
Harry B.
