<br /> <br />' June 15, 1998 <br />' TRAPPER MINING INC. <br /> STODDARD RESIDENCE <br />' 1805 MOFFAT COUNTY RD 35 <br /> CRAIG, COLORADO <br />' MAY 19, 1998 <br />' Pur ose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Stoddard residence at <br />1805 Moffat County Rd 35, Craig, Colorado. <br />' Descriation <br />Present at the inspection was Ben Carroll (Vibra-Tech Engineers). The two story home is <br />currently under construction. The home is covered with composite siding and has a metal roof <br />' with no rain gutters or downspouts. The drainage is to the northwest and appears adequate. The <br />inspection consisted of an examination of the residential exterior and interior. Photos were taken <br />to document exterior deformities while a taped voice description was utilized for the interior <br />' inspection. The transcript of the interior inspection is included in the "Interior Inspection of the <br />Residence" section of this report. <br />Procedure <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of inspection <br />due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owners, or the passage <br />of time. This report deals with the condition ofthe structures at the time of inspection. <br />' The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures that <br />' were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No inspection was made <br />in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any azea which required dismantling, removal or <br />movement of any object. <br />1 <br /> <br />
