' East Wall
The window has about a 1/8" paint shrinkage separation between the sheetrock and the wood
frame on the left-hand side looking east. The wood window sill is cracked.
North Wall
The wall contains the commode, the water outlets for a sink and a door frame into the master
bedroom. The door frame contains the 1/2" spacers on the underside of the door frame. The top
of the door frame sags. The wall is clear.
' West Wall
This wall has a door leading back into the main room. The wall is sheetrocked, painted and clear.
' South Wall
' The wall is sheetrocked, painted and clear.
' Master Bedroom
' The walls are sheetrocked and painted. The floor is plywood, but there is some hardwood floor
sections laid out in the northeast corner of the room.
East Wall
There is a door frame for a closet. There aze also some built-in dressers into the wall. The wall is
' sheetrocked, painted and clear.
North Wall
This wall has a door and two square windows. This wall is sheetrocked and painted. Going
around the door there is anywhere from 1/4" to 1/2" separation between the sheetrock and the
' door frame. Top left-hand corner of the door, looking north, a nail has splintered the wood in the
top of the door frame. Also, at the bottom left of the door, the wood is splintered and chipped.
This probably occurred when the door frame was installed. Looking at the east-most square
' window, closest to the door; there are paint shrinkage cracks where the metal window frame
meets the sheetrock. On the east-most window on the north side, there are paint shrinkage cracks
' around the sheetrock and the window frame meet. The window just to the left of the door, the
top left-hand comer has a vertical crack, or raised area. Also, on the top right-hand comer of the
west-most window, there is a horizontal crack that has been previously repaired, going towards
toward the east-most window. The top left-hand comer of the west-most window, there is a
vertical crack that has been repaired. It is just opposite of the gap that was described earlier.
There is also a dimple where a nail hole has sunk in since the wall was painted. Right above that,
1
