Tom Gillis Cala Oopt. of Natural Resources <br />Division of Mined Land Reclamation <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Notice of Intent to Explore Federal Coal <br />Lease C-0125515 in Garfield County, Colorado <br />Dear Mr. Gillis: <br />Enclosed please find three (3) copies of CMLR Notice of Intent <br />to Explore, Involving Removal of 250 Tons or Less of Coal for <br />Salt Creek Mining Company's ongoing exploration project located <br />in Garfield County, Colorado. Seven drill holes, varying in <br />depths from 740 to 1,340 feet are proposed for completion dur- <br />ing this program. Total footage of these holes will be approx- <br />imately 7,220 feet. <br />Approximately 14,350 <br />for access to the dr <br />of the road from the <br />the existing road in <br />claimed until future <br />plated (see enclosed <br />feet of road construction will be required <br />ill locations.
