I feel that it addressed all the <br />critical areas of concern and summarized our conversation during the <br />meeting on March 31, 1983. <br />We have recently selected the contractor to perform the field work <br />this summer. The contractor selected is Western Resource Development <br />Corporation (WRD), a firm I understand you are familiar with. They <br />presented a very good proposal and our past experience with their <br />capabilities and workmanship will insure that a quality job will be <br />done. <br />Enclosed, please find a copy of WRD's proposal for your review. A1T <br />areas we have discussed and agreed to are covered in the proposal. <br />If you have any questions or comments please contact me as soon as <br />possible.
