I believe the subject barrel has been
noted previously in inspection reports. To the best on my knowledge this barrel is
located in a previously disturbed area associated with the "old' Blue Ribbon Mine and
therefore is not the responsibility of Minrec.
The inspection report requests the records be updated with the 1995 Midterm review
document. The midterm review was handled as TR-011 which should be on file.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
_ , __~
Jim Stover, P.E.
Consulting Engineer
