(MCR) <br />P. O. Box S00 <br />Carbondale, CO 81623 and <br />P. O. Drawer 790 <br />Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 <br />Pitkin Iron Corporation (PICO) <br />P. O. Drawer 790 <br />Glenwood Springs, CO 81602, <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />1.0 MCR holds DMG Permit No. M-77-420 for the <br />Marblehad Quarry located on public. land Northeast of Glenwood <br />Springs, Colorado (the Marblehead Quarry), now inactive, under <br />which substantial quantities of limestone were quarried, leaving <br />a pile of limestone screenings which would_be useful to Garfield <br />County for road materials, and for other uses. <br />1.2 MCR holds DMG Permit No. 82-121, issued by the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, Department of Natural Resources, <br />State of Colorado (DMG) for operation of the Mid-Continent <br />Resources quarry (MCR Quarry) located in the SE S, Sec. 36 Tp. 5 <br />
