I encourage you to contact the protestant to <br />try and resolve this matter prior to the scheduled meeting of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. If this issue cannot be resolved, the protest and your <br />response to this protest (if any) will be presented to the Board for their <br />consideration when your application is heard.
