Based on the landowners intent <br />to gaze three cow/calf pairs and one bull, that equates to approximately five (5) months <br />of gazing available. <br />We believe the landowner commenced gazing the site on or about June 27, 2005. <br />Accordingly, based on the above information, the gazing schedule would run through <br />November, 2005. <br />Concurrently during this schedule, Energy Fuels is submitting a Final Bond <br />Release Request to the Division requesting total release of the Raton Creek mine site. <br />If you have questions or require additional information, please contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />-- - - - rge .Patterson - ---- -- - -- - - - - - - -- - - - - <br />Gen Mine Manager <br />
