13. Additionally, Pittston shall participate in OSM's Appalachian <br />Clean Streams Initiative by addressing acid mine drainage at a Virginia <br />site(s) eligible for funding under Title IV of SMCRA. The total cost of <br />Pittston's participation in the Appalachian Clean Streams Initiative shall <br />be $100,000.00, exclusive ofplanning and engineering I. <br />While Pittston agrees to participate in the Appalachian Clean Streams <br />Initiative, it does not guarantee the results of its work, only the dollar <br />amount of its participation. OSM and Pittston agree to meet with the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia, after the signing of this Agreement, to discuss <br />the Appalachian Clean Streams Initiative and to mutually agree with the <br />Commonwealth of Virginia upon a site, reclamation plans, and cost <br />estimates. OSM shall receive appropriate documentation showing the <br />cost of Pittston's participation in the Appalachian Clean Streams Initiative. <br />Pittston agrees to pertorm the stream reclamation praje~t in a <br />workmanlike manner. <br />14. All reclamation performed by Pittston under this Settlement <br />Agreement, except for the work performed under the Appalachian Clean <br />Streams Initiative, shall be in accordance with applicable federal interim <br />or approved permanent program standards.
