Despite the letter from Mr. Long, dated Dec. 9, 1994, to <br />Colorado West Leasing, there has been no correction of the problems they were <br />directed to do. <br />There has been no correction or repair of the access road, the concrete <br />structures, the drainage ditch, or the steep slopes. Inspection reports <br />continue to show that your inspector has found considerable damage that <br />should be corrected according to his report dated Sept. 12, 1995. <br />On Dec. 22, 1994, we gave the State notice of injury and intent to sue <br />pursuant to C.R.S. 24-10-109.
