The attorney for the County Clerk's Association stressed that the Clerk
is not allowed to destroy such application. As a reminder, no fee is charged to
file these documents; therefore, they are not considered to be a permanent record
of this office and should be removed by the applicant after the hearing.
Following is a list of your company's applications that still remain on file in this
office:
Minor Dfodification - Eckman Park Permit #79-177 - April 1B, 1980
Appl. for Technical Revision Permit #79-177 - February 12, 1981
Preliminary Mine Plan - Foidel Creek Mine - December 19, 1980
X.Gnergy Mine #3, - 6 Volumes - February 17, 1981
Tw~co~iti~iuedMatebottomoo~gettergbruary, 1979
As these applications are taking up the much-needed space in our vault, we ask that
you pay prompt attention to this request for removal of old applications which need
not be on file. Ple_se let us know which applications have not Seer. heard by the
Board and which you will arrange to have picked up. If we have not heard from you
by November 6, 1981 concerning the disposition of these applications, we will mail
those which have an indication that they have been heard by the Board back to you
C.O.D.
