Half a dozen trees along the east perimiter of the East Pit have not been cut up and <br />limbed as required by paragraph 118 of Amendment 111 to ltN-MINES-322 (1/12/94). <br />Limb, cut up and stack according to specifications. <br />2. A small pile of raw fertilizer is present north of the north end, on the east side of the <br />drainage from the pit. <br />-Remove entirely and dispose of, off the property- <br />3. A 24D foot section of ditch described as Task 3B, and modified by Field Directive 113, <br />Paragraph (A) is not well defined. <br />-Deepen to conform with specification (4 foot flow width, 1 foot freeboard)- <br />4. The reestablished road across the north end, and west slope is not sloped into the hill as <br />requested. <br />-Final grade of road shall be not more than 2Z toward hill as requested by Project Manager <br />5. Riprap placed in the north end of the Chen's Hill Ditch is thin in several place. <br />-Riprap thickness must conform to specifications in Drawing 111 of the Invitation and Bid <br />Bocument; 1 foot thick. <br />6. Gravel road from the main gate to the north end should be smoother than it has been left. <br />-Grade road to eliminate washboarding and finish in a smooth condition- <br />7. Road (graveled) along the west side of Chen's Hill slopes too much toward the hill and <br />in places is actually part of the ditch. <br />-Final grade of the road shall conform with Field Directive 113, Paragraph 112; 22 dip <br />toward Ditch 111. <br />8.
