Pit #1 was to be reclaimed when this vas permitted in <br />1983, but it is not reclaimed. A statement committing to a plan of timely completion is to be <br />submitted to this office. <br />Correction date: 12/15/97. <br />The problems listed above are to be corrected, as specified in the original inspection reports. You <br />have been given sufficient and reasonable time to correct these. If corrective actions at the sites <br />have occurced, please send a~rrespondence to this office clarifying this. If such activities have not <br />occurred, please complete them and provide evidence of such corcections. You are hereby iven <br />until Aoril 25. 1998. to correct these problems and provide evidence of such to this office. If you <br />miss this date for submittal ofthe required materials. or fail to notif~me by this date to discuss <br />this- you will be sent a letter noti ~ingvou of the scheduled hearings before the Board in Mak <br />I again ask you to refer to the inspection reports for the sites and dates shown above. Please note <br />the language on the first page and last page of the reports, which clearly states that problems <br />which are identified but ]eft uncorrected may become possible violations.
