All items in this list may <br /> not he applicable to every proposal. Likewise, certain proposals may require additional <br /> accounting. <br /> Is there a well within 600 feet of the permilled well location'? <br /> X Please use 70 percent of annual precipitation as effective precipitation in calculation of <br /> net monlhly pond evaporation. <br /> Note: You may claim ice cover for January and Fehruary to decrease the evaporative <br /> losses, but you need documentation for additional months. <br /> Please provide documentation for historic consumptive use credits. <br />
