LeHoeuf also represented the Debtors in certain <br />employee compensation matters, in loan negotiations, and in <br />preparation for and filing of their Chapter 11 reorganization <br />cases. <br />19. Debtors selected LeBoeuf becnuse of its expertise <br />in pension matters (including its representation of LTV <br />Corporation as special pension counsel in connection with its <br />Chapter 11 reorganization) and bankruptcy matters. LeBoeuf is <br />partieulerly well suited for the type of representation required <br />by Debtors. LeBoeuf is a large firm with a national and <br />international practice, and has expertise in all aspects of the <br />law that may arise in this case. LeBoeuf has substantial <br />bankruptcy, labor law, real estate, corporate, tax, finance, and <br />litigation expertise. Its bankruptcy/restructuring and <br />creditors' rights section is directed by Ralph R. Mabey, a former <br />bankruptcy judge and n yell-known and respected practitioner in <br />the lield. LeBoeuf's labor law and pension law section is headed <br />by Frank Cummings, an experienced and well-known and respected <br />practitioner in these fields. LeBoeuf is familiar with the <br />businesses and linancial affairs of Debtors and is wall qualified <br />to represent their interests. <br />20. Debtors have been intormed that LeBoeuf has from <br />time to time represented certain creditorc and othsr parties in <br />interest herein, or interests adverse to such creditors or <br />parties in interest, .in matters unrelated to these cases.
