Relative to on-site landfills such as that at Climax where DRMS has <br />regulatory authority, does DRMS have any policy regarding disposal of petroleum contaminated soils (PCS) generated from known sources <br />(such as minor spills of hydraulic fluids, crank-case oils, etc.)?
