I am writing to you, to issue a
formal complaint against Aggregate Company for unfair treatment My problems started the
month of March 2002, when the well at my establislunent wear completely dry. I had opened
my btuiness on Friday, Match 22, 2002 and had minimal tttnrring water by the end of the night-
I contacted a plumbing service (Doctor Water Well) on Saturday, March 23, 2002 to fold out
what the pmblem was while still trying to conduct business. Doctor Water Well did a temporary
service so we mould have normal nntning water, however, we closed the business two hours early
because the water was at a trickle.
Doctor Want Well did disclose the source of my problem, it was the well outside of my
establishment that went dry and why I no longer have normal Homing water. He also stated the
well water dry because of the gravel pits located west of my establishment -Highway 85 vicinity.
I had to close my business on Sunday until I was able to install a new well. On April Sa', Doctor
Water Well did come again and fixed the water again, temporarily. Due to the nature of my
business and my source of income we had to immediately hire a contractor, R & R Well & Pump
to install a new well in the same month, Apri12002. At this timeframe, I also received a letter
fiom Aggregate Industries advising Aggmgate was not responsible for wells being drained at my
location.
As of today,! am still struggling to cleat this problem of four years and have yet to resolve it.
Unbeknown to me, my neighbors surrounding my establishment had the same problem and were
compensated by having new wells installed; please review attachment
My question to you is why are they able to receive assistance in ensuring their well was installed
in an expedited manrter withom question and I have not received any assistance at all. I am
formally issuing a complaint of unfairness. 1 am at this point still resolving this issue while
dedicating time, energy and money to fnt this problem that could have been corrected if
Aggregate Industries the leading offender had worked with me at the beginning.
