<br />RE: Reclamation Costs for Permits M-77-011, M-77-153, M-77-526, M-78-255, M-
<br />78-279, M-79-165, M-81-096, M-81-231, M-83-033, and M-86-079:
<br />Dear Mr. Frei:
<br />The purpose of this letter ie to advise you of the reclamation coats for which
<br />your company is currently liable.
<br />In December, 1993, Gregg Squire inspected the M & G Pit (M-86-079) and found,
<br />upon recalculating the reclamation costs, that the cost is $49,000. In January,
<br />1994, Allen Sorenson recalculated the costs for both the Worthing Pit (M-77-526)
<br />and the Bromley Pit (M-79-165). The reclamation costs were recalculated to be
<br />$70,000 for M-77-526 and $20,500 for M-79-165. In February, 1994, Gregg Squire
<br />inspected and recalculated the reclamation costs for the Goldman Pit (M-78-279)
<br />to be $17,300. We will notify you as soon as possible regarding any changes in
<br />the reclamation liabilities for Frei Lakes (Home Place) (M-78-255), Miller Pit
<br />(M-81-096) and C 6 M Brighton East (M-81-231). See • items below.
