Mr. Price:
Thank you for your letter of March 10, 1995. I note
that your reply does not deal with the fact that other
structures do not appear on the Basin structural inventory
map and that this matter was brought to your attention on
March 1, 1995.
Please furnish to my Houston office copies of the
aerial photographs taken on February 27, and March 2, 1995.
Stipulation No. 66, included in the permit as
conditions for permit renewal approval state:
The Permittee shall submit to the division by February
21, 1994 a revis.~d inventory, pursuant to Rule 2.05.6 (6)
(a), and a revised map, pursuant to Rule 2.05.6 (6) (a) (ii)
(B), of the man-made structures not included to date on the

The addendum states that Basin Resources submitted Map
16, Structure Inventory, to comply with this stipulation.
The division deemed the data satisfactory and terminated
this stipulation.
Map 16 is inaccurate. This stipulation should not have
been terminated without DMG verifying its accuracy. What is
the procedure uses, by DMG to verify Basin's maps? Now that
DMG has been made aware that Map 16 is incorrect this
stipulation st~~u1.1 be reinstated.
