The plan is similar to the plan approved by the <br />State Engineer on March 4, 1999 that was valid through March 31, 2000. <br />The plan renewal request is awaiting review and approval from the State Engineer. <br />However, the plan is still operating, the accounting is being performed on a monthly basis, and <br />the replacement water is committed to the plan.
