One copy should be unbound. If you are submitting an application, a technical revision, <br />Your cooperation will help us process your documents more efficiently. <br />DMG's new records management project has eliminated the need to submit more than two <br />copies of applications, amendments, and other documents to the Minerals Program. Applicants <br />still must pratdde copies of applications ro the appropriate county clerk and recorder in order <br />to meet thepubtic notice requiremexts ofthe Act and Regnlatloxs. <br />If you are submitting documents for s Board hearing, you must submit at least thirteen (13) <br />copies, (one of which is unbound) for the Board hearing at least ten {10) working days prior to <br />the Board hearing. (Please contact the Board's Assistant for Board meeting dates.)
