Robertson: ~ ° .~~`; - - - --- <br />On October 24, 1988, our offices received a letter from you expressing concern <br />about the legality of the stockpiling of topsoil by Braley Sand and Gravel <br />along the east side of Roxborough.Park Road in the western half of Section 19, <br />T6S, R68W, Douglas County, Colorado.- <br />After a review of the file for\tftis mining operation, I have found that other <br />than the access road located, along the section line between Sections 18 and <br />19, Braley Sand and Gravel is permitted to affect lands situated only in the <br />northeast quarter of Section 1'9 (see enclosed maps). <br />We have decided to schedule an inspection of this site for possible violations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />RE: Braley Sand and Gravel Company ,.. ~ - ~ . <br />Braley Sand and Gravel Pit #1 - <br />MLRD Permit No. M-8fl-020 - <br />ne/4, Section 19, T6S,~RFiBµ - , <br />Douglas County, Colorado - _ <br />In addition, by copy of this letter ahd a copy of your original complaint, I <br />have also notified Don Moore of the Douglas~County Planning Department to keep <br />him abreast of our activity.
