Reorientation of the <br />Northeast Submains, extension of the Southeast Submains, and <br />mining of the alternate 3 Right gateroad. <br />We have completed our review of the January 25, 1999, R2P2 <br />modification submitted by Twentymile Coal Company. <br />We conclude that this modification does not adversely affect <br />maximum economic recovery of the federal coal resource. There is <br />no significant c:.ange to the recoverable reserves for lease COC- <br />54608.
