Rocky Mountain Region Wyoming: Two wells in the Kicker Dra Prospect, the KD Federal No. 33-9 and the KD Federal No. 33-8 are presently producing B8 and 47 barrels of oil per day respectively. The other two wells or the lease are marginal wells and are shut-in pending an increase in oil prices. Additional drilling cites are bein evaluated. Royal has a 20 percent working interest in this prospect. Further developmental work was done on the Eagle Rork Prospect in Campbell County, Wyoming. A total of five wells have been drilled on the prospect of which four are producers. The only well producing Irom the M11innelusa formation is the discovery well which is pumping 29 barrels of oil The other three wells are producing fro Muddy (ormation at rates of 48, 31, ant barrels of oil per day. Additional well si being considered. Royal has a iZ.S per working interest in the first well and a ~ working interest in subsequent wells. At fiscal year-end, Royal had drille Federal 30-20 well on the Bird Canyon Prospect in the Green River Basin in W \Nyoming. Royal has approximately a 3 percent working interest in the well which is scheduled to he completed and put in production in fiscal 1987. In February, 1986, the Simpson No. 27-2 well on the Double Shield Prospect in Campbell County, was completed and is producing 100 barrels of oil per clay. Additional drilling is anticipated next fiscal year. Royal has a 12.5 percent working interest in this well. Royal farmed out the Arlington Prospect in Carbon County, Wyoming to Champlin Petroleum. A well was drilled in January 1986, and, after no significant shows were discovered, the well was plugged and abandoned in May of 1986. Champlin is reviewing This prospect for future exploration. Royal has a 30 percent interest in [he prospect. Royal's future drilling plans include the West Allen Lake and Camel Rock Prospects in Carbon and Sweetwater Counties.
