However, pursuant to Rule 7.2.6(2), nothing in the exemption shall exempt an operator where site <br />conditions or circumstances change. <br />Therefore, if mining activities are re-initiated a[ these sites, the Division may submit a new notice of <br />determination which may require additional testing of the waste dumps. <br />If you have any questions, please give me a call. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~' '" ` <br />H.
