Hughes, KDBL Radio <br />In accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Garfield <br />Coun*_y Zoning Resolution of 1979, as amended, and Resolution No. 85-~9 of <br />the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, State of <br />Colorado, hereby authorizes, oy Conditional Use Permit, the following <br />activity: <br />A communication tower <br />on the following described site of land in Garfield County, Colorado: <br />A site located at the SW quarter corner of Section i8, T7S, R96W, <br />also common to the NW quarter corner of Section 19, T7S, R96W and the <br />eastern boundary of Section 24, 'P7S, R97W. <br />The within Conditional Use Permit is issued subject to the conditions <br />set forth in the above-mentioned resolution, and shall he valid only <br />during compliance with such conditions and other applicable provisions of <br />the Garfield County Zoning Resolution, Subdivision Regulations, Building <br />Code, and other regulations of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Garfield County. <br />NOTE: This Permit shall expire 120 days after issuance unless <br />construction or use has commenced within that time period or unless the <br />Gacfielld County Board of County Commissioners has issued an extension of <br />this permit prior to it's expiration pate. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />GARFI COL ~ADU <br />~U. ~G e:~CG-C~~~+~h <br />air date <br />
