PLEASE TARE FIIRTHER NOTICE that the Objection seeks the
disallowance of the following claims on the grounds that t)iey a.re
duplicative of the proof of claim filed by the United States
Department of Labor which claim seeks reimbursement for monies
that allegedly have been or will be paid out of the Black Dung
Benefits Trust Fund to the claimants on account of claims t:hey
may have against CF&I under the Federal Coal Mine Heath anti
Safety Act of 1969, Pub. L. No. 91-173, ~~ 401-435, 83 Stat.
742 (Dec. 30, 1969) (the "Black Lung Benefits Act"):
~ Redesignated as the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of
1977 by the Federal Mine Safety and Health Amendments Act of
1977, Pub. L. No. 95-164, Title I, § 101, 91 Stat. 1290 (Nov. 9,
1977) and amended 1972, 1977, 1981, 1985, and 1987.
