Surface users <br />(where known) are notified by a copy of this letter and the attached. <br />Before the mineral lessee begins any mining operations, a bond must be <br />furnished to protect the surface lessee or owner Erom personal property <br />loss and from land damage. Lessee is subject to all state and federal <br />laws, including the rules and regulations as set Eorth by the Colorado <br />Division of Mines and Division of Mined Land Reclamation. <br />The Board requests the full cooperation of all parties concerned and <br />asks that this office be notified at your earliest convenience if any <br />problems arise, or if you have any questions whatever. <br />Thank you. <br />Sincerely, <br />~i~ <br />T.
