Washington Street <br />Denver, Colorado 80216 <br />Dear Mr. Wolf: <br />vlnCSm ~. pcrrer <br />plannlnQ tl~r~clo~ <br />This is to certify that at a meeting of the County Commissioners of t:he <br />- County of Boulder, State of Colorado, duly called and held on Thursdz.y, <br />Ai,yust 30, 1973, the following action was taken: <br />• The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Boulder, <br />State of Colorado, approved the request fora Special Use <br />Permit described as follows: <br />- Docket 8476 - Western Paving Construction Company - 194.23 Acres <br />Request for a Sand and Gravel Mining Operation in the Agricultural <br />(A) District in accordance with the provisions of Section XV (Uses <br />Permitted by Special Review) of the Boulder County Zoning Resolution. <br />The property is located on the south side of State Highway y66 and <br />is 3 miles east of the Town of Lyons. <br />This approval is subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The County shall have the authority to order oiling. or other similar <br />means on all roads within the permit area in the event that the <br />proposed watering proves inadequate to control fugitive dust. <br />• 2. A bond for the amount of $30,000 shall be submitted in a form <br />satisfactory to the County Attorney prior to issuance of a <br />use permit. <br />3. It shall be understood that the applicant is responsible for the <br />installation and maintenance of suitable fencing as necessar~r to <br />control unauthorized entry to the site for public.safety. <br />A. It shall be understood that the land owner is responsible foo• the <br />_ proper maintenance of flood control facilities. <br /> <br />
