A detailed description of the facts, issues, or evidence You propose to present. These items must oe evidence not previously introduced or that were improperly introduced at prior Board meetings; 3. Tne specific reason(s) why this evidence was not presented previously- Once your written request is submitted and Items 1, 2, and 3 addressed, your request will then be reviewed by the Mined Land Reclamation Board at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting. The Board will, at this meeting, determine whether your request provides justification to schedule a reconsideration hearing. Should the Boarg determine that scheduling of a reconsideration hearing is warranted, then you will be immediately notified that your hearing will be scheduled for the following month's Board meeting. Should the Board determine that scheduling of a reconsideration hearing is not warranted, then you will be notified that Your request was denied.
