A program called QuickView will be copied m the CD a~ must be ittablled on your cotrtp»ser in order to use a DAMS imaging CD the fiat time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's dos not require a now iosbllation of the software. 2. The CD air DVD that you purchase as L la in the D: drive. A DVD drive w>til read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will conbin files with the .tif exteavion. 'There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your composer that will handle single and multi-Page documents. On a windows XP computer, the default viewing progtauta are called "windows Picture and Fax Viewer" ttt "Paint" a~ they do ~t work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DBMS lrss determined that a program called "lrfanView", which can be downloaded from IrfaaView.twm, does work with QuickView. After downloading "lrfanView", it reeds tb be configured as your default .tif viewer. DAMS dow sot support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responatbility. Thera are many other programs that work u well, such es "Imaging Preview" and "Ittmgittg for Windows". InsVUCttons• 1. Insert the CD inso your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to imtalL 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert 16e CD iMo the computer. 5. You are ready m view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuiekView Antonin, which runs the QuickView setup progmm, has also ben copied to this CD. if the Atrtotun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView progtarrl Instructions for annually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD ar can be viewed at wwrv.rrrinin¢.sbte.w.us.
