Thank you for enclosing the photographs of
the area along with your warranty deed for the property you purchased from Grand
Hess Properties Company on May 1, 1992.
While the photographs are helpful, the Division has determined that it would be
beneficial for all involved if the Division conducted an inspection, accompanied
by you and representatives from Hountain Coal Company. The Division will be
conducting the inspection in order to ascertain if the damage to the spring and
the cracks are subsidence related. We would like to Look at your property either
at the end of June or mid-July. Once I know how my schedule is looking for the
next month, I will coordinate with you to arrange an inspection time that is
convenient.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Si erely,
~x hrietine E.
