Fehr, who owns property
adjoining Braley Sand & Gravel Company's operation in Douglas
County, Colorado. I have had a chance to review the inspectors
report that was prepared by you on May 11, 1995. ke have been
asked by Braley Sand and Gravel Company's counsel, Terrell M.
Gaines, to address the question of the five topsoil piles which
are on Ms. Fehr's property.
Please be advised that it is our position that these
topsoil piles are the property of Darlene J. Fehr and are
composed of dirt that was taken from her land. The removal of
this soil is currently the subject of an ongoing dispute
involving Ms. Fehr and Braley Sand and Gravel.
