Please check one below and remm this form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG doemmeet Imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the fizst dme. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a aces installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you putshase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. Thera needs to be an image viewing application for .tif files on your computer chat will handle single and multi-page documents. Oa a Windows XP computer, dte default viewing progmms are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they dQnot work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work- DMG bas deterotined that a program calk:d "Ir6nView",which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work wbh QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There ate many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" aced "Imaging for W inflows". Instructions• I. Insert the CD imm your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to insta0. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD inm the computer. 5. You ate ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autotvn, which tturs the QuickView setup program, has also bern copied to this CD. If the Autontn program does NOT work, you will Deed to manually install the QuickView program. htstnutions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed az www.minin¢.state.co.us.
