This letter is intended as a follow up to that conversation and is <br />meant to inform you of the conditions under which a coal mine can be operated <br />in Colorado: <br />I have enclosed a copy of Rule 1:05 for your use. This rule states who must <br />get a coal mining permit in Colorado.
