N P <br />Debtor 1 <br />NOTICE OF HEARING ON ADEQUACY OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT FILED BY <br />MITCHELL E. ALBERT <br />TO THE DEBTOR, ITS CREDITORS AND OTHER PARTIES IN INTEREST: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 30, 2004, Mitchell E, Albert filed a Disclosure Statement <br />with respect to Plan of Reorganization of Agile Stone Systems, Inc. Proposed by Mitchell E. Albert (the "Albert <br />Disclosure Statement") to accompany a Plan of Reorganization of Agile Stone Systems, Inc. Proposed by Mitchell <br />E. Albert (the "Albert Plan") filed on January 3Q 2004. Pursuant to order of this Court, a hearing will be held on <br />the adequacy of the Albert Disclosure Statement on Friday, Nlarch 12, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., in Courtroon C, U.S. <br />Custom House, 721 I9th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202-2508. <br />Pursuant to Local Bankruptcy Rule 317, any objections to the Albert Disclosure Statement shall be made in <br />writing and the original of the objection shall be filed with the Court and a copy served on the attorney for the <br />proponent of the Albert Plan, the United States Trustee, counsel for any conmtittee appointed under the Code (or <br />when there is no counsel, to the committee chairman) and the Securities and Exchange Coirunission no later than <br />Friday, March 5, 2004. Objections shall clearly specify the grounds upon which they are based, including the <br />citation of supporting legal authority, if any, and references to the parriculaz portions of the statement to which <br />objections are made. General objections will not be considered by the Court. <br />The Albert Disclosure Statement is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during any <br />regular business day in the Clerk's Office of this Court, U.S. Custom House, 721 19th Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80202-2508. Any interested party who desires a copy of the Albert Disclosure Statement or the Albert Plan may <br />submit such request [o the proponent of the Albert Disclosure Statement of the A1beR Plan a[ the address stated <br />below, with a copy of the request to the Clerk of this Court.
