-Hydrology. Activity will not adversely affect hydrology. <br />-Lighting. Glare of vehicular and stationary lights, and effects of such lights on the established <br />character of the neighborhood. <br />-Map. The proposed development is consistent and in general conformity with the growth and <br />conservation maps contained in the appendix to these Regulations. <br />-Natural character. Site can be developed with minimum disruption of the natural character of the <br />site and area. <br />-Noise producing elements <br />-Noise. Encourage the protection of the neighborhood from excessive noise pollution. <br />-Parking. Adequacy of parking and loading, as determined by requirements of these regulations. <br />-Quality of life. Encourage the protection of neighborhoods from conditions that aren't conducive <br />to a peaceful and desirous place to live. <br />-Reclamation. That the final reclamation plan be consistent with the County's long-term planning <br />proposals for the area. <br />-Roads. Street size and adequacy of pavement width fortraffic reasonably expected to be generated <br />by the proposed use around the site and in the immediate neighborhood. <br />-Roads. Projected impact of mining and activities on public roads including estimated traffic volume <br />-Safety. Considerations in the form of adequate fencing and warning sign placement. <br />-Sewage. Proposed method of sewage disposal. <br />-Site character. Site can be developed with minimal disruption of the natural character of the site <br />and area. <br />-Soil. Suitable soil characteristics for the desired use. <br />-Traffic. Encourage the protection of neighborhoods from traffic volumes. <br />-Traffic safety. Safety of the motoring public and pedestrians using the facility and the area <br />immediately surrounding the site. <br />-Visual. Evaluation of the effects of the mining activity on the image, character, and physical <br />characteristics of the Community or area. <br />-Visual. Such visual impacts of the activity as may be designated in separate legislation by the <br />Board. <br />-Water. Evidence of adequate and legal water supply for proposed use in terms of quantity, <br />quality and dependability. <br />-Water. Adequate protection of groundwater and surface water can be provided. <br />-Water quality. Provisions for protection of water quality.
