Teller County Planning is in receipt of your application to the State of Colorado for a permit to
mine for crystals on the above described mining claims which as you have indicates are in the
Crystal Peak Mining District.
Since Teller County's Land Use Regulation allows mining activities on agriculturally zoned land

for this Conditional Use Permit so that we can begin processing this review for the Planning
