Box 16006 <br />Denver, CO $0216 <br />Gentlemen: <br />Gravel Company <br />This is to reaffirm the decision of the Board of County <br />Commissioners, Adams County, Colorado, on your request for a <br />Conditional Use to operate an asphalt batch plant on a five <br />acre parcel, on the following described application: <br />CASE NUMBER: #64-$2-C <br />HEARING/DECISION DATE: June 21, 1982 <br />APPROXIDSATE LOCATION: 128th Avenue alignment between <br />Brighton Road and Nome Street. <br />L = DECISION OF THE BOARDIOF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS: <br />GRANTED, in concurrence with the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, subject to the following: <br />1. Submission to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval of an acceptable landscape plan which mitigates <br />off-site visual impacts of the asphalt plant at this site <br />prior to its installation. <br />2. The Conditional use expiring January 1, 1998. <br />3. Not less than 808 of the aggregate to be processed in <br />the asphalt plant being extracted from the Brannan 132nd <br />Avenue Subdivision. <br />4. Removal of the asphalt batch plant on completion of mining <br />of the site should this date precede the expiration date <br />of the conditional use for the asphalt batch plant. <br />5.
