Continuation of an asphalt <br />plant past the end of the mining period could hinder appro- <br />priate reuse of the area. <br />On June 10, 1982 the Planning Commission voted 6 to 1 to <br />approve the Conditional Use permit, subject to the following: <br />1. Submittal to the Planning Department for <br />review and approval of an acceptable land- <br />scape plan which mitigates off-site visual _ <br />impacts of the asphalt plant at this site <br />prior to its installation. <br />2. The conditional use expiring January 1, <br />1998. <br />3. Not less than 808 of the aggregate to be <br />processed in the asphalt plant being <br />extracted from the Brannan 132nd Avenue <br />Subdivision. <br />4. Removal of the asphalt batch plant on <br />completion of mining of the site should <br />this date precede the expiration date of <br />the conditional use for the asphalt batch <br />plant. <br />5.
