Coney, Development Review Section <br />Subject: Case No. 64-82-C <br /> Brannan Sand and Gravel Company <br /> Post Office Box 16006 <br /> Denver, Colorado 80216 <br />The staff recommendation in this case is approval of the <br />conditional use in the A-3 zone district for an asphalt <br />batch plant subject to the following stipulations: <br />1. Submittal to the Planning Department for review and <br />approval an acceptable landscape plan which mitigates <br />L~ off-site visual impacts of the asphalt plant at this <br />`~ site prior to its installation. <br />2. The conditional use expiring January 1, 1998. <br />3. Not less than 808 of the aggregate to be processed in <br />the asphalt batch plant being extracted from the <br />Brannan 132nd Avenue Subdivision. <br />4.
