TELEPHONE
303~53a .1231
~'1 I
AND AND RAVEL CO.
Founded 19Q6
aB00 BRIGHTON BOULEVARD DENVER. COLORADO 80216
June 4, 1982
Mr. Rob Coney
Adams Co. Planning Dept.
Administration Bldg.
450 So. 4th Ave.
Brighton, CO 80601
Dear Rob:
As per your discussion with Bob Fleming in regard to
Case X64-82, Brannan would like to modify their request
to withdraw the Comprehensive Plan amendment and rezoning
request and instead only request a 15 year conditional
use permit for the asphalt plant on the 5 acre parcel in
the center of the property.
Although Brannan feels the area will probably eventually
go industrial, they are willing to delay rezoning
consideration until they have more definite plans other
than the asphalt plant and until the long term development
trends in the area are known. During the fifteen year
period Brannan may request industrial zoning,.but Brannan
understands that without further County approval that at the
end of the fifteen year period the plant will have to be moved.
Sin~cere~ly, ~-
L-.~c./ /
W.
