The review is conducted every 2 and 1/2 years in fulfillment <br />of Rules 2.08.3 and 3.02.2(4). Please review the document <br />carefully and respond to requests for revisions contained in <br />Section III of the document within the allotted timeframes. <br />The mid-term review consists primarily of reviewing the permit <br />application, the findings document, field: inspection reports, <br />recent revisions, phased bond releases, and the bonding document. <br />The main purpose of this review is to identify any areas of <br />operations or permitting that may be out of compliance with the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act. <br />issues raised by this review. <br />A technical revision responding to any requests contained within <br />Section III of the document should be submitted within 60 days of <br />receipt of this letter.
