We
are utilizing a survey instrument to measure horizontal distances and the
differences of elevation between these points. The slopes we have measured
are not minor areas and are not associated with the road shoulders or
ditches. From physical measurements based on fact, not a belief, t}1e slopes
are significantly steeper than 3: 1; a licensed surveyor can easily repeat and
certify our measurements.
How much money does remain from the GEC bond now?
Sincerely,
~~
W.D.
