"PUEBLO WEST PIT", Pueblo County, File No. M-77-573 <br />Dear Mr. Cramb: <br />Your letter outlining current reclamation needs, Valco, Inc.'s partial <br />estimated costs, and pictures of the area was received by the Division on June <br />14, 1985. Thank you for this information; the effort required to obtain these <br />data is appreciated. <br />When submitting the "new mining plan" to the Division, please submit cost <br />estimates.of hiring a third party (local contractor) to complete the <br />reci~mation of the planned maximum disturbance at any point in time. You may <br />wish to contact local contractors to determine rates, etc. In this manner, <br />the.Stztir:of Colorado will be ensured that it has an adequate financial <br />war•ra!~~y to meet the approximate cost of hiring a third party to reclaim the <br />~• d;sturb~nce dt any point in time at the PUEBLO WEST PIT (if, for any reason, <br />Valco: Inc: is unable to do so.) <br />I will J,e.field inspecting form June 24 through July 15, 1985; I will be <br />avail3b~e to review the submittals after that time. <br />If you .have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />,; <br />tiamille M.
