Holmes for the <br />position of Manager of Permitting and Regulatory Compliance. His <br />responsibilities will include seeing that all Kaiser Coal <br />Corporation mining operations maintain the standards of <br />compliance as set forth by the various regulatory agencies. <br />Mr, Holmes attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Range Science <br />at Utah State University. He worked for the Bureau of Land <br />Management for two years prior to obtaining employment in the <br />mining industry where he has gained a broad background in <br />environmental planning and permitting. We are confident that his <br />capabilities are a positive asset to Perma, and, being <br />knowledgeable in this field, our working relationship with all <br />agencies shall be enhanced. <br />Dan Hadley, who formerly held this position on an interim basis, <br />is now Manager, Design and Construction.
