In the event of any uncontained cyanide spills or cyanide solution <br />spills, the operator shall immediately notify the Director of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division. <br />2. Construction of all ditches, berms, clay and hypalon liners, and water <br />diversion bars shall be inspected by a qualified professional or a <br />registered professional engineer. Inspection reports, certifications, <br />or as-built modifications shall be submitted to the Division rp for to <br />commencing any le,iching activities. <br />3. Water samples shall be taken at the indicated locations at least twice <br />per year. Water :>ample analyses shall include both free cyanide and <br />total cyanide. Sample results shall be submitted in summary form with <br />the required annual report. <br />4. Processed ore samples shall be taken from the heap to determine cyanide <br />degradation. Analyses shall include both free cyanide and total <br />cyanide. Results shall be submitted to the Divisin rp for to commencing <br />final reclamation. <br /> <br />/wjh <br />8046E <br />
